Mentally preparing myself  to chalk this whole thing up to a really nasty learning experience.  

@Brandon BakerWe used to hire VA's, but found that mentality wasn't useful long-term.Now, we use Remote Workers and make sure they understand we are hiring them long-term.

So don't go down this road unless you're mentally prepared to grind around the clock for a while.
