Are You Leveraging VAs?

Hello Everyone,

Quick question on leveraging VAs, anyone using them? I focus on BRRRRs, but also do my own property management so I"m thinking about setting up a system where the VAs take a call, then distribute to the tradesperson if necessary. Anyone else doing something like this? Are you using a VA for something different?

@Brandon Baker thanks for posting! Always great to hear from a fellow Texan. Now you might get some responses to this post but this forum is mostly for questions on the BRRRR method itself - how do I rehab, what loans to refinance, etc. Maybe the "General Real Estate" forum, maybe the "Starting Out" sub-category? Feel free to leave this here of course but I think you'll get more responses over there.
