Over the last month or so, I took the required 90-hour broker pre-licensing course online, passing the course and also the Indiana state exam just last week.My plan is to never quit my W2 job, as I have a good, steady income, insurance, 401k, profit sharing, etc.

Not going to become "Joe Realtor" at a big brokerage, but the license will be quite valuable for our existing transactions and I think we will benefit from access to info on the MLS, etc. 

I feel like installing cameras which I have access to is illegal.

We would like to know of any experience the members here may have concerning international online banking (1st internet bank).  

Online coverage has been broad too, with a heavy East Coast focus but extending as far as the Time’s newspaper in the UK and James Edition in China. 

What is the best online rental payment collection site to use for 1-5 rentals.

I guess my big questions are if there are any residential MF in the Aurora area as I do not have access to the MLS and if it is possible to create a house hack situation there.

The ducts are in the ceiling and there is no attic to access them.

The easiest access to the flat roof is from one of my tenant's windows.
