Try calling For Rent signs, put ads on Craigslist, put up bandit signs, visit your local REIA, put an ad in the BP Marketplace, etc.

We live in MA and our property is in PA, so we cannot go and visit.

Have you tried visiting your local city councilman or county commissioner and telling them you are a "developer" and wanted to invest in rehabbing homes and you need information (the list) about such homes in their district.

Location for the next one has not been set yet, but we should have it figured out this week.In case anyone's following, we're always looking for more projects to visit.  

But there are places which are good to visit, and has good climate.

Is it necessary to visit the property?

Obviously if your local ordinances require notice for visiting the outside of a property, you might be stuck.

Hi Araz,Welcome to BP, this is a great website and resource for all types of real estate investing.I always recommend these 3 things to people beginning in Real Estate Investing:1) Do a lot of research here2) Do not spend a lot of money with coaches, it would be much better to put that money to work and learn from experience, I'm not against coaches or education, but you need to be careful as there are some that are really bad3) There are many real estate clubs out there, visit them, select your favorites and meet other investors working your area.
