Hello everybody, I am new to bigger pockets and finally starting to get serious about real estate.

But when I mentioned that I actually needed them out on the day we were finally  agreeing to so I had to follow through with the eviction, he said "oh I don't want an eviction on my record.  

While in all fairness, Kelly Drive actually has some pockets that are not really god-awful, just the name “Kelly Drive” sends semi-informed out of town investors running for the nearest boutique coffee shop to calm down and gather their courage over a white chocolate sprinkled Frappuccino.

I am on my final two days of Hondros as well here at the Cleveland South area!

I've enjoyed learning and I finally feel like I have enough knowledge to take the first step.

Hello BP,I wasn't sure where to place this question within the forum categories and figured I try here.We finally completed our rehab and now into month 6, will be fully rented June 1st ( this is a 3 family).

Purchase is subject to Buyer's review and written acceptance of final results of survey; of any lot-line adjustment/s, easement/s, and/or other agreements with adjacent property owners; and of the finalized property boundaries once any changes are completed.

Finally they work hard and faster.
