My "day job" is stay at home mom, so I'm thinking real estate investing will be a great way to bring in some income and keep busy while the kiddos are at school.  

If you did not earn enough to file taxes you might be required to write a letter of explanation and school history will take care of the employment history (don't worry too much about the in your field issue, I have had clients working retail with new architectural degrees).He was also close with the MI fees.

Great value, well written, the stories about what blew up worth twice what I paid, then there's the P&S contract you can't get anywhere else except from the school of being taken advantage of a dozen times.Good luck.

But there are just some really awful schools around the area.

I like the Pasadena , arnold and Severna Park areas due to their good schools .

For example, in the specific area where my units are, there are two major med schools nearby.

He had an opportunity years ago to go to a school in San Antonio to learn life skills and get trained to be able to take care of himself at some level.
