We currently own 4 properties, 3 in Pennsylvania and one in NC.

There are a lot of apartment owners in the only market I've researched in NC and a lot of them.are absentee.

I just became a real estate broker in NC!

I am told by property management company they cannot share anything at all by law in NC and I need to take their word for it and rely on the checks and balances .

She also told me that she has put the tenant's name on some website most of the property managers use in North Carolina so the tenant will be flagged if she applies for new rental.It's been more than a year and I a not seeing any movement on this.

I live in North Carolina right now, Jacksonville, FL is like home for us, so I hired a property manager to find a tenant and manage.  

Im looking to team up with realestate agents in these states , Florida, NC, Texas,SC and Georgia .

We met in Norfolk, Virginia, and now live in Jacksonville, NC.

@Billy Hopper - I had some vacant land in NC for which I was able to locate a builder who was very active in the area and who already had many plans to choose from that he could build for a set price.

My wife and I live right outside Fort Bragg in Fayetteville, NC.
