Hey guys,Just moved to Toledo yesterday.Whats the go with this snow in April?

Last November and December was challenging as we received over 6' of snow (a record for the area)  As I'm sure other members will comment, We are right in the oil and gas industry and it affects our real estate value significantly.  

Plan on ~15% combined.Any lawn care, snow removal, or other house utilities?

It allows us to rent the property to snow birds, while enjoying it during off-season.

CAM cost and deferred  maintenance, AND if utilities are separated, parking spots, landscaping and snow removal, sprinkler system and elevator (maybe)OR see if ordinances changed and make sure things are grandfathered in ;p

Any landscaping or snow removal costs?
