Hey all, 

I'm often on here reading, and taking in a lot of terrific advice, but rarely on my own work. Currently in school, and put together a feasibility study for a property in Chicago. Would love to get some feedback on the project as a whole! Conversion strategy, costs, risks, anything that comes to mind would be greatly appreciated.
