If you're just starting a Facebook page or don't have a large fan base, pay to promote your page and run some contests that require page interaction to grow your fan base.

I'm a big fan of Indianapolis and Kansas City.

I simply changed out the old 1980's light fixtures for a nice modern light fixtures and ceiling fans.  

There are some great duplexes in Richmond around Church Hill and in the Fan/Museum District, and I'm always on the prowl for a good deal for one.

I also use Quickbooks so I am a fan of Intuit.

Personally I am a fan of buying close because those costs add up and they don't mean value to your property.
