New member from Edgewood, MD need to learn and fast.
I'm an owner of an underwater house that I can't sell. Looking to move out of state but I am not sure what I should do with the house. I guess I need to learn about being a landlord and how I can get the house rented and where I should start.
I was looking around this site and saw a lot of useful information. Hopefully with some good advice I will succeed in this unplanned venture.

Thanks for the advice. Tim I am not sure what I will rent for and I most definatly will need a property manager. I did speak to a landlord for a house a couple of doors down from me he said he rents his for $1200 and mine is bigger and more up to date. I guess we will see.
