My advise.... stay focused, save some money, and INVEST in real estate - long term buy and hold is the path to real wealth - take your time and set your goals on buying your first rental property - as an owner occupant if possible.good luck

Once you find the owner of the vacant house then you need to set a time to visit the property to see the condition.

Buyers and sellers can agree to anything,,, then the bank and its appraiser sets the real price it'll trade at.  

The home has an large unfinished space that is set up to be the 3rd unit. 

My wife and I have a SFH rental in DC, and since moving to Richmond we have done very well renting an AirBnB suite we set up in our primary residence here.
