With all the different HOAs, cities and what not, what’s the weirdest regulation and penalty you’ve had to comply with?

There has been water ingression on an apartment that we are renting out every time it rains; we think this may have caused after the HOA replaced the siding.

Cherie, the HOA governs the age requirement and can be modified in the by-laws, but I doubt that is a marketing move that is likely.
