I’m assuming your friend is catering more to the type of business person who will be working on their computer in their room the whole time, rather than someone who is, say, a traveling nurse or blue collar worker.

That will be a tough nut to crack.It sounds like you are going for more "word of mouth" to support those doing long term TDY/TAD. 

@Ivy Pierce repairs are tough and there is no guidance on situations like this I would imagine.

Its going to be a tough road to get that legislation passed, and will affect some people for the positive and some for the negative. 

In my opinion, Kenosha is a tough market to find deals, Racine is slightly better unless your ok with paying retail or having no equity at closing.
