Repairs During Chicago Lease

My plumbing needs repair in the floor of a basement bedroom currently occupied by tenant. I did not see guidance in the landlord tenant ordinance on what the city requires. Has anyone been successful in having a tenant temporarily move into living room for repairs? Or is it customary for landlord to provide Airbnb/hotel until they can move back into their room? The basement has a full family room that all items can be moved into luckily so we don’t have to take anything offsite.

@Ivy Pierce repairs are tough and there is no guidance on situations like this I would imagine. If your tenants are understanding, have them move into the living room. Treat them right and get them a small gift for the inconvenience. I just finished going through this in a building in Cicero. It is not easy doing major repairs around people!
