Building team in Kenosha

Good Morning Everyone. I'm a brand new investor looking to get started in the Kenosha market. I live in Lake Bluff, IL about 15 miles south of the IL/WI border so don't have a lot of contacts on the Wi side. I'd love some suggestions on networking groups, as well as some references on lenders and realtors in the area. I am looking to start with a SFH or Duplex with plans to scale up.

Thanks!

Corina is the preferred Brew City REI property manager recommendation for Kenosha area. I highly recommend. In my opinion, Kenosha is a tough market to find deals, Racine is slightly better unless your ok with paying retail or having no equity at closing.
