Do you think businesses are valued at hard asset value with no compensation for market position, cash flow, technology, etc?  

I have my LLC set up but need an accountant who makes it a priority to get back to clients timely, embraces new technology, and invests in real estate themselves.

With all of the technology that exists (IGMS, pricing websites like Wheelhouse, Turnover BnB, AirDNA, STR Insights etc.) once you get everything setup and you make a few local connections by calling some handymen or contracting companies, it really isn't much work other than responding to guests and leaving reviews.

My background was in pharma, transitioned to biotech start ups, moved into food technology and work as a Senior Program Manager.

Quality and reviews seem all over the place and I don't see anything with recent technology on the topic. 

There is a huge amount of knowledge in these forums, the largest difficulty may be in finding that which is of the most interest / value to you. 

Look into which block chains and new technology is being created around real estate to comprehend and possibly invest. 

Technology is wonderful. 

From what I can see, the younger generations are generally far less capable than those that grew up prior to technology taking over our lives.

With no money and no credit history could pose some difficulty.
