Smart Water Leak Detector and Monitor with Shutoff

Researching the best device to install for remote/app based monitoring of water leaks, and the ability to shutoff water supply if needed. This would be for checking in on STRs especially when vacant during the off-season. Quality and reviews seem all over the place and I don't see anything with recent technology on the topic. 

Looks like some options are:

StreamLabs -  looks like an easier DIY project with sharkbite connections.
