Keep searching!

I like @Michaela G. idea of searching their Facebook page.

It is only the first and I now begin the search for my next one. :-)

After much searching I've found an out-of-state multi-family building that looks like a good buy. 

It's great because when you're networking or cruising around town, you can give people an easy domain name that they can remember to look up your property, instead of having to search through all of airbnb/vrbo. 

As for a niche, I can't give you excellent advise - I'm still searching for mine! 

If the tax accountant is using a software - it should be easy as clicking 1 button.

@Jake Fugman I don't have any referrals in the space you're looking for but you can just punch in "YOUR CITY or AREA" plus "ATTORNEY" into the search window above and check out a few people's past endorsements to get a broader scope of professionals and to zero in on someone that fits your ticket.

It usually takes me about 10 minutes of some searching to figure out that they are just throwing another deal around.

Perhaps look at as searching for a team not just a broker.
