Closed on my first deal...

Closed on my first deal today. It has been a fun yet interesting journey to get here. It is a little 2 bedroom 1 bath house that doesn't need very much rehab if any. A few repairs and a good pressure washing and this puppy is ready to have a tenant move in. I would like to take a moment and thank those who have inspired me... those who provided information and direction.... Without you I am not sure this moment would have been possible. I would also like to take a moment to encourage anyone who may read this. Stay the course. You don't have to reinvent the wheel... The pathways are there and when it seems things are tough.. its ok.. work through it. There are a lot of people here and other places that are wanting to help to see you succeed. It is worth it in the end. I am now the owner of my first Buy and Hold property. It is only the first and I now begin the search for my next one. :-)
