Good afternoon Bp family! I recently passed my Georgia real estate salesperson exam and I'm  super excited about getting started. However, I don't want to be a typical real estate agent.  I want a niche that sets me apart. If anyone can tell me some areas I should look into or non traditional alternatives to the average real estate agent I'd appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

Awesome and congratulations!  My wife is a fairly new agent and struggled to find her niche.  She has found that she is most comfortable with people who have a similar background to her.  She has a passion for helping those looking for their first house or have little money to use as a down payment.  The more of an expert you can be in low down payment programs, the better off you will be.  Don't be afraid to call some local lenders and get some education!  As long as you are respectful of their time, most will gladly help you since you may be sending them clients one day!
