Main restaurant is closed, I believe one of the two golf courses is closed.Be careful out there buying lots from the developers in resort communities.....especially international developments catering to foreigners.

Your community tenant lease should include all your community rules as part of the lease.

It is unthinkable that in an entire town and community could be 95% gone in 2 hours.
