I haven't personally tried this yet, but I have had heard positive things about Tribevest as a platform for investing with friends & family.  

It's good to know that there is a platform like this makes it a lot easier than it was many years ago. 

Should the name of the LLC for the STR business be the same or different than its name on the platforms we will advertise it on?

About a year ago I reported a bug to PropStream where I receive the wrong document when purchasing documents via the platform (mortgages, deeds of trust, etc) .

Yes there is better platforms but it just wasn't in our budget at the time.
