Where else to list my rental?

Hi everyone!

I have a rental in San Jose CA. I’ve listed it on Craigslist, Zillow and just discovered Apartments.com and Cozy. My question is, I feel like the tenants are shifting away from Craigslist where it used to be the place my tenants have been coming from. What other sites are you listing and getting tenants from?

• Apartable (this one is hot for NY or San Fran listings!)
• Oodle
• Rentals.com
• Rent Jungle
• Byowner.com
• Rentalads.com
• Sublet.com (this one might be tailored to a furnised rental or looking specifically for a subleaser)
• Saletraderent.com
• Apartment Guide
• My New Place
• People with Pets (might require a subscribtion!)

We use Appfolio to post our listings, so they syndicate the ad through their 'listing feed'. Unfortunately I don't have any suggestions on bumping your post to the top, sorry!

Hi Anne, my office manages about 550 doors in Santa Clara County. We find that the majority of prospective tenant leads come from Zillow, but have increasingly received leads from Zumper, Lovely, Realtor.com and Apartments.com.
