I have been lurking for a while and now formally joined the site as I am looking to shift some retirement funds around out of the market I have learned alot reading through the posts and listening to audiobooks With my limited knowledge i am thinking buy and hold near me so I can drive by it but really being passive looking forward to the journey!

Enter what I call "The Reversal Theory" put simply, it's the belief that with a simple mental shift you can overcome- or at least better handle- the anxiety that comes along with speaking to sellers (this could be applied to buyers and lenders but I want to focus on sellers now).
