I could easily find myself trying to contract the house a recent widower, or parent abused by their child.

Thanks Dave, this LLC is owned by a parent/management LLC that owns all my LLCs and my wife and I own this management LLC 50:50 so I’m not sure if we’d still qualify for that disregarded entity status
