Help! Overseas Military Challenge: Fixed Rate Loan w APO Address?

I'm an active duty military member serving overseas and have been told by multiple banks that their application system for a 30 yr fixed rate loan on a US investment property will not accept my "APO, AE" address. For that single reason, they cannot offer a loan. Has anyone dealt with this and found a solution? Thanks!
