That’s a great point, I think this was my main thought process when deciding to dive in and get it.

I'd say make an event of it:  Give you tenant a 2 day trip to something cool (like 2 nights in an AirBNB close by or something like that) as a "hey, I'm gonna have to kill our one bath, so I set you up to have a cool weekend out while the dust flies" or something like that.
