I have a good tenant with no issues, and do not pay a PM, so it is very easy that way.

If there isnt it would be easy to add one there if it is in like a closet or something.

It's really easy for someone to take advantage of someone who they've never met, or at the very least, give them less than stellar service.

I do Purchase agreement in the name of the LLC, which is easy if you are purchasing all cash, little trickier depending on financing, in that case you can move over after the fact.
