In my personal hobbies it's easy for me to approach someone because of my familiarity of the subject , But being completely new and knowing very little on real estate I don't want to annoy someone with a million questions what I want to do is leave a good impression that could potentially land me a mentor or future business contact.What would you guys suggest I do to have a positive networking experience during this meet up

They have a couple of decent incentives left, but I don't see any sort of replacement for the HPM or HPRM :(  I was under the impression there was another instrument coming to replace it.
