Newbie from Montgomery Texas

I just signed up this evening. My name is Bob Skilton, a Houston native. In the 1970's I flipped a few houses with one making the cover of 1001 Decorating Ideas magazine. Soon after, I ventured off into a completely different business but over the years worked in the mortgage biz and now I'm a property insurance adjuster. I want to get back to RE investing and accumulate SFR rentals and an apartment complex or two. BP looks impressive!
