New Member - Bellingham, Washington
I'm a brand new member and totally beginner real estate investor from Bellingham, WA. I'm looking to make my first purchase of a duplex/triplex/fourplex here in Bellingham. I'm currently leaning towards a fourplex as my first purchase. I found this site by reading articles about Brandon Turner and his success with investing. I'm looking forward to connecting and learning as much as I can about real estate to help me with my first purchase and to become a successful investor. I recently ran my first marathon a couple of months ago and it completely opened my eyes to the challenges of marathon running..haha.
