If you are self-employed in some fashion and have no full time employees, then the Solo 401(k) format will provide a much better vehicle for making contributions of up to $54K per year - $18K of which can be done as Roth.

Personally DM works for investors because you're really trying to buy a property that is deeply discounted and for that matter, you'll definitely need to reach someone who maybe on the older side who still use the old fashion mails and read them.
