BRRR on property valued under 60k
Hello fellow investors. Has anyone refinanced a property in KC(Kansas city area) that was valued under 60k. If so which bank or lender was used? Was it difficult as a full time investor.
I have a property that is valued at 56k and the appraisal is 4k too low to for the visio and lima1 guys. It's rented on a 2 year leas and it's definitely over the 1% rule
Any help would be great!
