looking for Property Manager

Hello:

Looking to purchase something in the Dallas area but living out of state.   I found several turnkey providers that appear to have great property management, but will only manage properties they sell you and  found their prices to be a bit unrealistic for the neighborhoods they were proposing.

I would like to be a bit more hands on in the acquisition part of the transaction and looking for quality people to hand it off to.

Can anyone recommend some quality property managers in the Dallas/ North Dallas area?

David Woz I believe American Real Estate Investors (AERI) does property management for properties not purchased through them.
