When markets are up, everyone is feasting but when it slows like right now, the C and D class neighborhoods are having the harder time to fill vacancies. 

Most people want to “please” everyone, so rather than give true feedback, they imply that they’re interested when they’re not.  

Nice Day everyone, so I’ve been learning house hacking & Have A Great Question , Are You Able To Take On Market Rental Properties That Are Listed As Rentals not listed as being bought As-Is ,Under Agent Or Owners & House Hack Those In the same Way ? 

If not, i think everyone else in herer gave you great alternatives (facebook, craigslist, FSBO,etc).
