Is it ethical to charge rent for apartments as the tenants are just "trowing away money"?

Having a lic as an investor opens you up (at least in AZ) to higher scrutiny and drives increased level of ethics standards.

Dealing with inherited tenants can be dramatic, and you have all these tough moral/ethical dilemmas.

While there are a few of these programs built around people who are (1) successful in the program they’re offering (2) providing a legitimate, ethical way to earn money and (3) honest about the effort, knowledge and experience a customer will need to have a chance at success, the vast majority mislead, lie, or omit one, two or all of the above. 

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

What you need is access to capital, creativity, and work ethic.

My guess is probably not, so from a purely ethical point of view I would say you shouldn't do it, and you shouldn't suggest that you are thinking of doing it on a public forum using your name.

 :) A bank will first seek brokers and recommendations as to agent's  qualifications, experience and an ethical side if they have had any sanctions before they send out invitations for a BPO, they can't nor would they take any jake leg who just passed a test.

Agent could be totally wrong with his head up his A** but he could also have a great knowledge of the market and know what it's going to take to close on one of these houses.We don't have all this info in this particular thread yet.Some applicable NAR Code of ethics language below.Standard of Practice 1-6REALTORS® shall submit offers and counter-offers objectively and as quickly as possible.
