Duplex Trouble buckeye-woodhill 44104

Not hopeful this post will help, but here goes! 

New to buy and hold space, and not in Cleveland. 

I have a duplex in buckeye-woodhill 44104 and am having trouble getting it up and running properly. 

At this time, I can't even get into the unit because the property management is giving me wrong codes to the lock box. 

I need to get one of the units rent ready and find a new property manager but am having trouble getting consistent responses from people on the ground.

Not sure where to even start to ask for advice but any input helps.
