If the vehicles not removed, then they'll pick it up.If the vehicle is operational, properly registered, and belongs to you neighbor two doors down, the cops aren't going to play that game. 

It’s definitely a numbers game as others have said, but if it is on the condemned list that can be tough to reverse sometimes.

Very common tactic for the Fake lenders out there who do nothing but collect up front money and are just a scam / criminal enterprise. 

I have a few lenders who will straight up tell me they don't care about credit or income... all they care about is how much equity does the borrower retain (skin in the game). 

This is a game-changer for me and I look forward to the long haul pay outs!!! 

Hard to give advice on expanding your game plan without knowing anything about what you're doing currently. 

If you find a way to provide a similar return to DIY homeowners, I think you could destroy the management game!
