Hi! I am super excited to be on this site and to get started. I'm currently in the Los Angeles area but hope to invest my first SFR in Dallas, TX. I am interested in house hacking. I am listening to BP podcasts and reading BP books and enjoying them a lot. I made my first contact with a RE agent/broker and will begin to make things happen. This is a game-changer for me and I look forward to the long haul pay outs!!!
