Do you put your company logo and/or picture on your direct mail pieces so that recipients can build familiarity with your brand and that you're a real person?

These investor see it as a safe haven, also if you read into the way the industry is designed over there, it's not the picture of stability.

Looking at the overall macro picture doesn't necessarily connect with the house you're working on.

I did it with the help of my niece who went and met with the home owner and took pictures of the house for me.
