I use a combination of CashApp and a website/app called "Rent App" which allows 100% free rental payments, and also helps tenants build credit.

The weather conditions through out the year with these old homes and buildings.

If the goal is long term wealth, I would advise taking advantage of house hacking and building up until you max out your loans.
