it is fairly easy to review the individual or business ahead of time, but the picture is not complete until the deal comes into play. 

The plan there is to convert it to a 7-unit apartment building (pending site plan review with planning commission in a few weeks).

So If you are willing to review these relatively short contracts to help a rookie out, please respond with an email address I can send the files to, I would VERY much appreciate the help!

Good news is, if a deal can pass THAT critical review, it's solid LOL.

Request a certified copy of your policy and review the "Your Duties After Loss" section.

I would be most interested to hear about:- How rigorous of a task the document submission process/review was to secure your loan and your experience with the process.- The turnaround time for your loan.- Best practices that you found enabled your loan process to run smoother and efficiently.I would also invite those to comment who had applied for the loan, and perhaps used a commercial loan in the end to close the deal.Thanks!
