need to verify paperwork for whole saling

I have acquired some templates for "assignment of contract" and "purchase and sale contract" paper work to do wholesaling deals in Maryland and Virginia. I wanted to check in with the bigger pockets community on weather they are legally up to par for doing business in the aforementioned states. I am still pretty new here so I could not figure out how to (or even if I am even allowed to) upload the actual contract files to my post. So If you are willing to review these relatively short contracts to help a rookie out, please respond with an email address I can send the files to, I would VERY much appreciate the help!
