Are there any self storage investors in GA? I'm very familiar with residential, but don't know where to begin evaluating a self storage deal. Are there any folks that'd be interested in taking a look and letting me know what you think? It's in NE Georgia.

I always point folks looking for specific self storage deal help to @Michael Wagner's storage rebellion. Very knowledgeable group with a lot of folks doing storage deals in the Southeast.
