Been clean now for over 15 years.Another tenant had an eviction on her record (8 years prior) because she co-signed for her daughter who defaulted on paying her rent.

I had a lot of college kids, so parents co-signed, adults would get credit pulled, you can go over credit issues with an applicant so if there is an error claimed have them show its been corrected or cured.
