My management company covers Central NJ but admittedly we haven’t managed buildings that large.

Now my hubs and I will put houses under contract without the other one even seeing them.

Condo's in Tempe and Scottsdale are great locations for decades to come with being centrally located and close to PHX Sky Airport. 

Now with that said I am trying to create a place where people are still comfortable to come and discuss as real estate investors and not just a sales hub. 1.

I have a couple in central WA and a couple in Oly Penn that are doing fine.

I would love to centralize it all into an app or online portal that has all my property info and connects to bank accounts to log income and expenses per property.  

@Ryan Rea hey ryan, yea there is something wrong with how the agent is marketing the property. i lived in torrington for a while and have rentals in the central CT area. my phone never ever stops ringing. i get too many calls for me to handle and i’m probably at the top crest of the market rental rate. i use craigslist and apartments.com. i also post in specific groups on facebook too. like i have a property next to ccsu, so i post in the student group pages. i have never used an agent and probably never will. let me know if i can help in any way.

Louisville really needs these tech jobs as we are in the 39% percentile relative to peer cities. We are overly saturated with manufacturing jobs. This is a good step in the right direction!
