RAW files capture much more information, and give you a huge range to play with in post production software, such as Photoshop.  

It was clear that at the end the facilitator pitched 97.00 software that supposedly gives direct contact information for Asset Managers at Banks.I am curious because its been a while since I've been full throttle with RE and now at 62 I would like a slower pace..., however I don't want to get caught up with foolish sales  gimmicks that lead no where.

I have full access to theMLS, so I can look and compare Sold properties (Comps) in the area I am buying in.The software exceeds any other public software out there like Zillow or Redfin.2.

@David Faulkner  guilty as charged... bought 3.5 acres in Rohnert park in 1995.. it was unbuildable but it was right behind a HOme depot and had a freeway interchange within 500 yards.. just brought into the city limits and zone mixed use resi.and the Graton casino is right across the street largest Casino in N CA.. they paid for the improvments of the road brought sewer water etc.looks like we will be developing this piece in 17 to 18' ..

Currently I hold a software engineering position with a small company in Chelsea and plan to continue working my day job while investing in real estate on the side.

The one market to avoid currently would be Atlantic City as unemployment and property values are reducing due to trouble with the major employers (casinos) in the area.9.

It works horribly as an investment / networth tracking tool.As for the categorization, Mint is going to mess up...a lot, but as is any software.  

I'm 27 years old and currently have a full-time job as a software developer.

@Daniel, why don't you go get your own life and health license and play around with various life insurance quoting softwares and do it yourself?
