I was born and raised on the Southside of Chicago and all my family is still there so I visit the city 2 -3 times a year so having investments there makes sense.

My girlfriend was born and raised in the Lebanon, Whitestown area.

I have also done a sign campaign to build  a buyer's list.At this point, like many others out there, it is my goal to avoid getting stuck in the "Paralysis by Analysis" trap, and take action marketing for properties. 

WE all put our pants on one leg at a time.. and I was not born a successful real estate investor broker.. and I have made millions and got hammered in the down turn like many and lost millions.. we are just all people. so I don't want to get lumped into the High class real estate society.  

It turned out that 70% occupancy was required to stay in the black.With a fixed rate mortgage, you're trapped into a payment scheme, while the ARM will automatically 'self-adjust' as you pay down on the principle. 

It was junk when it was built, it was illegal junk when it was remodeled, the place is a fire trap waiting for a match, the owner plays Whac-a-Mole with little fixes every week that are bleeding him dry.
