Titusville Florida’s economy?

I’m from New Hampshire and was seeing if Titusville Florida would be a great opportunity for me and my fiancé to move there to buy a duplex and rent the other side out. We have no kids and just wanted to start our real estate career with a duplex rental with us living in the other side. I want to know if anyone owns any properties in the area and if it is worth moving there especially the risk of being out of state. I know whatever comes our way we’ll make it work. Hope to hear some good feedback.
